Balay 3EBC989LU Induction Hob in Black with Touch Control

The Balay 3EBC989LU is an induction hob designed to fit into a standard hob cutout. All controls are concentrated on a touch panel from which the power of each zone can be adjusted independently, without rotating controls that dirty the surface.

• Induction cooking zones with individual power adjustment.
• Programmable timer to control cooking time.
• Cookware detection: the zone only responds when there is cookware on top.
• Pause function to interrupt cooking and resume it later.
• Control lock, which prevents accidental activation.

It works with magnetic-base cookware, a common requirement for induction. Its manufacture combines stainless steel and vitroceramic glass, two materials that are easy to clean on a daily basis. Installation is carried out by electrical connection and should be entrusted to a qualified technician. The model declares an energy efficiency class and complies with the safety regulations applicable to its category.
