In the Bosch PID631BB5E, each cooking zone is regulated separately, and induction responds almost instantaneously to any power level change. Heat concentrates only where there is cookware, so the rest of the ceramic glass barely gets dirty and subsequent cleaning is quick.

The integrated timer lets you set the cooking time, whilst automatic shutdown engages if overheating is detected. Power levels are selected zone by zone, which makes it easy to adjust from a gentle simmer to intense browning.
